All our homes are tightly insulated with a minimum of R-13* insulation in the walls and R-30 in the ceiling.  We also include a professional sealant package which prohibits air infiltration around doors and windows.

We install energy efficient windows by Pella or Polaris.

Our homes are heated by a 90% efficient Trane furnace and cooled by a Trane air conditioning unit.

Though all our homes include a dishwasher and a garbage disposal, we do offer an appliance allowance. This allows you to select all your appliances at contractor prices.  So, if you need a refrigerator for your new home, we can get that into your beautiful new kitchen for a lot less money than if you waited and did it on your own. 

Danmark Homes is first and foremost interested in giving you that dream.  We welcome your ideas and look forward to working with you in a close relationship. This is, after all, your home.  We have no desire in creating cookie cutter houses.  

There a really three ways to go about designing your new home.  You can choose a home based on plans that we have purchased ourselves from our architect.  We can have a home designed from your specifications or, if you have already purchased plans, we will build your home from those. 

What is most important is that you get what you want and that you are deeply satisfied with your new Danmark Home.
